I've seen you post over at Brews & Views (i think) anyway,

I'll leave the details for others with more travel in BE experience, but I will say that you should visit Fantome - especially being a homebrewer you will be amazed at the beers Dany creates, the brewery (and tasting room), and at his kindness

I'd try to get a couple of days in Amsterdam as well (it's my favorite city to visit) it has everything you could want and more - art, food, architecture, good beer bars, and the extras everyone seems to focus on (sex and drugs)

A'dam is also a good place to fill the empty suitcase with beer at the BierKonig for the trip home (it's on Paliessestraat just down from Mdm Tussauds wax museaum if memory serves)
