Re: A day trip to Payottenland (part two)

In Octrober 2000, we stayed in Beersel and got similar treatment from Armand. He guided us through the brewery and cellar, then took us in his car to one house where casks were aging, and then another where bottles were aging. This was all impromptu. We then ran into him at the 24-hour fest a week later, he remembered us and was again quite friendly. It's people like him that make beer travles very special.
