Place Rogier

Posted by Dick on 09/09/2003 09:18:57 AM

Rogier is not the greatest neighborhood late at night. True, in recent years there has been massive urban renewal, but it's still a bit sleazy at the edges, especially the few blocks just south of the Inner Ring and west of Bd. Adolf Max.

OTOH, there's a major tube station right at Rogier. Line 2 (the sorta' circular line) goes through there, as well as a ton of "pre-Metro" (Trams underground) lines that run north-south and include The North and South RR stations. On a nice day, you could easily walk down from the North station to Rogier, too. Maybe ten minutes if tugging rolling luggage.

Cheers,

Dick
