Where in Belgium have you had beer cuisine

Since the Den Dyver thread came up I started thinking and checking my notes on where I had beer cuisine in Belgium. These are essentially the only places where I have had full dinners of beer cuisine so while I am listing them in some order, I am not necessarily ranking the first one as my favorite. I've eaten in other places with beer cuisine but didn't get beer based meals. I haven't had nearly enough beer cuisine in Belgium.
Den Dyver, Bruges. Gratenized salmon and cod, over vegetables and black noodles, cooked in St. Bernardus triple. The main course was lamb cooked in Westmalle dubbel, same beers to drink as we now know you can't choose your own beers there.
In t' Spinnekopke, Brussels. Appetizer of scallops in trappist ale. Rabbit leg in a sweet brown gravy made from gueuze, with frites, Cantillon lambic draft to drink.
Drie Fonteinen, Beersel. salad smothered in bacon and gueuze dressing. Pork balls in a gueuze gravy with raisins, accompanied by kriek, one year old lambic and faro.
La Villette, Brussels. Filet of pork with beer and Orval cheese. Denise had Steak with Belgian Cheeses and Gueuze. Chimay creme brulee for dessert. I had draft cantillon lambic and D drank Duchesse de Bourgogne.
Au Vieux Bruxelles, Brussels. Mussels in white beer. (The mussels were great but the beer selection was not. I had a Mort subite sweet gueuze). Denise had mussels in white wine.
