Moes

Hi Rich,

congrats with your story - love reading it.

<Moose> is exactly how it sounds to Anglo-Saxon ears, it is spelled "Moes" in Flemish.

A question. It is well possible that Chris Bauweraerts has a brother named Jean-Paul, but then it is the first time I hear from him - in connection to the brewery. Unless you're talking about Jean-Pierre Gobron, the actual brewer at Achouffe. But if I'm correct he's the bro-in-law from Chris.

Cheers, keep up the writing.

Joris
