The only guarantee of an English tour at Cantillon is a pre-booked group one or at an open brew day. Going round with the leaflet is very good though. If you are lucky, the brewer, Jean Van Roy or his father Jean-Pierre Van Roy, husband of Claude Cantillon, will give you are tour.

Three don't miss beer cuisine places in Brussels are:

In 't Spinnekopke, 1, Place du Jardin aux Fleurs (Bloemenhofplaats), tel 02 511 86 95, http://www.spinnekopke.be . Tram Stop "Bourse-Beurs", which is below ground.

L'Étoile d'Or dit - called - le "Rotte Planchei", 30, rue des Foulons (Voldersstraat), tel 02 502 60 48.

Tram Stop "Anneessens", which is below ground.

Restobières

32, rue des Renards (Vossenstraat), tel 02 502 72 51, http://www.restobieres.com .

Tram Stop "Bourse-Beurs".

I have not been to the ltter, but reports from it describe it as sensational with an amazing beer list. Opening times need to be checked for it. These places are all detailed in my Brussels Guide which is available, along with my Bruges one, from my Downloads page: http://www.whitebeertravels.com/downloads (there is a PayPal payment option).
