Glad you enjoyed the Graindorge, Martin. your report has spurred me on to get organised for a visit to Québec for Fourquet Fourchette. The mort Subite is a surprise in Graindorge; it was not on the list when I was there a couple of years ago; maybe he has to bow to demand, whilst retaining the good stuff.
