Here's the "Europe" forum from CoffeeGeek (http://www.coffeegeek.com/forums/worldregional/europe) One guy lives in Brussels and says it's tough to find a good cup of Espresso.

And yes, I am talking good espresso (euro-style) with visible crema, no milk to get in the way. I don't expect to get a true ristretto shot at any old coffee bar, but a nice, true non-starbucks espresso would be excellent.
