Brussels - a tip or two.

The Selection Lambic is on the beer menu at the Poechenellekelder right across the street from the Mannekin Pis in Brussels. It's closed on Monday. Be prepared to pay big euros for it.
For a bargain on Rochefort 10 try Au Laboureur near the south station. 2.90 Euros for a bottle. They also have Mort Subite Oude Gueze. All all served cold so you might want to order two at a time. They have a draft lambic doux from Timmermans that I found far to sweet. Webb calls this a boozer bar and I'd agree, but it provides a nice change of pace from the Temples of Beer that charge 5 euros for a Rochefort 10. Check your bill tho - they tried to charge us 5.80 each rather than 5.80 for the pair. Thanks to my savy travelling companion we called them on that one!
Try La Zageman too. Despite what it says in the Webb guide this place too is closed on Monday.
