The Concertgebouw is the primary venue for "culture". Nothing scheduled for March 4, but here's the page for the month of March:

There are combined concert/lectures on the 2nd and 3rd, but probably in Flemish. They'd be cool in English, though.
There's a Brahms "German" Requiem on the 6th, and a virtuoso harpsichord concert on the 7th.
