Dark Corn Syrup
Anyone use this in any of their recipes? Just picked up a bunch from my local grocery store @ $0.40 per 16oz...
It's the Betty Crocker Premium Dark Corn Syrup. Searching the web lists it as a more intense flavor then regular light corn syrup. Suggested substitution is usually listed as a mix of Karo and Molasses.
Maple Syrup has a contribution of 1.030, Lyles Golden Syrup (Invert Sugar) has 1.037...
Anyone have the contribution that 1lb would have to a brew?
