Cantillon Jonge Lambic Cascade
Anyone know anything about this new offering from Cantillon? It is brewed with fresh cascades, but I'm not sure if it is just the late additions/dry hop or bittering as well. Also, it appears that young Lambic is used. I'm thinking that if young Lambic is used, I may try to brew something like this. Here are some reviews,

I've came across this also. Very interesting. I hope somebody can comment on the hopping technique.
