DeKonninck recipes
Just back from a visit to Antwerp.
The DeConinck was *sublime* everywhere in the city.
* Any simple recipes for DeK? Belgian ingredients I have to hand at the moment include a WLP550 yeast cake and some light candi sugar.
* The head on the draught deK was superb -- small, light bubbles which stayed to the end. How do they do that?
