Welcome to the homeBBBrew board!
Like the BBB, the homeBBBrew board is not a club, just a place to talk about making beer. Is there a swap you would like to see happen? If we can find a few others who have something similar then lets do it!

First Dark Strong
I must say you guys have an amazing board, and am blown away with the knowledge every time I am on this site. Myself and some friends homebrew all grain a couple times a month and have made some great beers, but my passion for fine Belgian beer has exceeded my tastes for just about all of the other normal stuff. Im lucky to live in Seattle where I have a lot of great selection readily available. We would like to brew a good traditional Belgian Dark Strong using the dark candy syrup we acquired and was wondering if anyone would have any tips as far as mash rests, fermenting temps, yeast, boil times etc. I know I would like to keep a simple grain bill and am looking for a high OG. Anyone have any suggestions or recipes they'd be willing to share for someone just starting out on their first Dark Strong? Thanks in advance to all.
