Welcome to the homeBBBrew board!
Like the BBB, the homeBBBrew board is not a club, just a place to talk about making beer. Is there a swap you would like to see happen? If we can find a few others who have something similar then lets do it!

Re: Is anyone thinking about the NHC?
Hey Ross,

I'm here in Denver and will be part of the festivities along w/ our homebrew club, Foam on the Range. Just so you know, there's a new light rail line a block from the conference that runs downtown. So, you wouldn't need a rental for visiting downtown breweries/pubs/bars (e.g., Wynkoop, Breckenridge, Great Divide, Flying Dog, Rock Bottom, Falling Rock). Your car would come in handy if you choose to visit CO Springs (Bristol, Phantom Canyon)Boulder (Mountain Sun, Avery, BJs, Walnut) Ft. Collins (New Belgium, O'Dells), or the mountains (Dillon Dam, Back Country, Pug O'Ryans).

Look forward to meeting all you guys! Feel free to pick my brain if you have any questions.

Jim

Just ordered my tickets. I get in at 2:05 on Wed, and leave Monday evening at 5pm. I have to stay an extra day in Denver to get the free airline tix, oh well I am sure I can find something to do.

Re: Is anyone thinking about the NHC?
Well they have the detailed speaker schedule up for the NHC. www.beertown.org/events/hbc/schedule.html

Good news for the Dewberries. The first speaker on Thursday (Vinnie) will be doing his thing again on Saturday morning, so if we're late getting to the hotel we won't miss anything. We don't land in Denver until 11:55 and the speakers start at 1:45. Looks like there are some interesting talks. Looking forward to it!

Joelle
