Welcome to the homeBBBrew board!
Like the BBB, the homeBBBrew board is not a club, just a place to talk about making beer. Is there a swap you would like to see happen? If we can find a few others who have something similar then lets do it!

Beers at the NHC
Here is a list of my beers being served at the NHC by KROC and Foam on the Range at the hospitality suite.

KROC

Dortmunder Export

Rye Pale Ale

Dunkelweizen

Belgian Dubbel

Foam on the Range

Dortmunder Export

Classic American Pilsner

Imperial RyePA (served through a Randal at Club night)

Also, I brewed 2 Pale Ales (same recipe - different water) for John Palmer's seminar on Friday morning.

I was involved with the commemorative beers for the conference. Final count at about 3000 bottles of Mead, IPA, Dopple Bock, and Belgian Golden (bottled and labeled by hand). Each attendee gets 1 bottle of Mead and 2 of the 3 beers. They will be available for the opening toast as well.

Looking forward to seeing everyone there. I will be judging all day Thursday but will be out and about the rest of the time.

Ah, I guess that answers my BBB (the other board) question. Can you email me a cell #?

Re: Beers at the NHC
For club night and hospitality suite (Urban Knaves of Grain, Chicago Beer Society, BABBLE) I'll have my wheat wine that was brewed for "Beyond Barleywine" which appeared in the Nov/Dec 2005 Zymurgy.

I too will be judging all day Thursdays.

Cheers, Dan
