I put my brew down in the barrel and add the yeast but i let the temp get to hot and killed the yeast. Whats the best process from here. Thanks

What do you mean by "down in the barrel"? Hard to say where best to go from that point, exactly how hot did it get? If other bacteria is in your wort then the best process may involve a drain.
