Welcome to the homeBBBrew board!
Like the BBB, the homeBBBrew board is not a club, just a place to talk about making beer. Is there a swap you would like to see happen? If we can find a few others who have something similar then lets do it!

anyone using WL568?
I picked up this yeast (WL568) along with some WY3726, will be brewing a 10 gal. batch soon and splitting it between the 2. Anyone have any experience with the WL568?

Re: anyone using WL568?
I haven't tried that blend, which is a Belgian Ale and Saison yeast blend, but I did my own blend of the 550 belgian ale and 565 saison I and made a pleasant dry hopped tripel, with a combo of the two yeasts I got some nice complex spicy phenols and bubblegum esters. I'm assuming their blend is probably pretty similar.
