Welcome to the homeBBBrew board!
Like the BBB, the homeBBBrew board is not a club, just a place to talk about making beer. Is there a swap you would like to see happen? If we can find a few others who have something similar then lets do it!

I'm also ready but need people's contact info.

John, If you have everyone's contact, would you mind emailing it to me?

I am out of town on military orders 2/10 - 2/23. I would need to ship either before or after that.

Let's just all ship out this week to get it over with! Does everyone have all of the contact info? If not, I can post the link to the page Steve set up.

Re: Sugar Swap Ole Ale
I'm planning on shipping my beer out today. I'm sending you guys 2 bottles of old ale with dark candi syrup. (My old ale with B. Lambicus in secondary is not ready yet.) I'm also including 1 bottle of a flanders red style beer that was soured using a first generation culture of wyeast roselare. The sour beer is the one in the stubby bottle.

Kegged last night. Should be ready to ship on Saturday. It tastes good now but will be awesome with some age.

Re: Sugar Swap Ole Ale
Well, it looks like most of the beer is either in the mail or should be soon. Do we need to set up a time/date for a tasting?

Re: Sugar Swap Ole Ale
Just sippin' JohnA's Old ale made with the amber syrup - nice job John! Very pleasant and well balanced....a winter warmer for certain. No doubt the candi sugar worked well for this......
