Welcome to the homeBBBrew board!
Like the BBB, the homeBBBrew board is not a club, just a place to talk about making beer. Is there a swap you would like to see happen? If we can find a few others who have something similar then lets do it!

Unwanted Brett infection from capper?
Hi,

I bottled a batch of lambic with my lever capper. Some beer always gets on my hands, then transferred to the capper during bottling because its a messy process. Should I be worried about future batches from this capper? I love brett, but don't want it in all my ales. Will this be issue?

Pizzy,

Just wipe down your capper with some isopropyl alcohol or ethanol from your local store.
