Welcome to the homeBBBrew board!
Like the BBB, the homeBBBrew board is not a club, just a place to talk about making beer. Is there a swap you would like to see happen? If we can find a few others who have something similar then lets do it!

Sounds tasty Al Batches! The spices in that saison are very interesting. Lemon grass, peel and white pepper. Yum.

So far for this brewing season I've done two, split 10 gallon batches. A grand cru attempt and a strong golden. 5 gallons with the Belgian yeast strain of choice and 5 gallons with Brett CL. I plan on splitting all my brewing this season with a Brett CL for comparison.

B. cl. in a Grand Cru sounds like a good combo. I'm still scheduling a 2nd batch of "silence of the lambicus" brew....hmmmmmm.
