Welcome to the homeBBBrew board!
Like the BBB, the homeBBBrew board is not a club, just a place to talk about making beer. Is there a swap you would like to see happen? If we can find a few others who have something similar then lets do it!

Secondary temps with bugs
Geez louise its getting cold in Vermont.

I have 3 carboys with bugs going right now, 5 gallons of 100% brett lambicus, 5 gallons on bugs from Vinnies chips, and 5 gallons of a belgian dubble with grapes and Brett lambicus. These are now sitting together but I can't say they're likely to be cosey. Is mid to low 50's too cold for me to expect these bugs to keep munching?

Re: Secondary temps with bugs
I think they're proabably perfectly fine, maybe working a bit slower until summer time...I have three buggy brews in a cool closet myself, one for the second season.
