Welcome to the homeBBBrew board!
Like the BBB, the homeBBBrew board is not a club, just a place to talk about making beer. Is there a swap you would like to see happen? If we can find a few others who have something similar then lets do it!

I just really like the work levifunk is doing!

YOUR BBB USERNAME AND PASSWORD WILL NOT WORK ON THIS BOARD! If you want to post, you need to read this.

New computer. Will the transcript be up soon so I can at least see what I missed? I tried them all by myself, lonely, in silence :(

what you should do is get a copy of the transcript and the type into it in places where you would have had feedback. then no one will know that you weren't there.

We missed you dude.

Re: Sugar Swap details
Scott, the email you sent was received after 9:00 - half an hour after the session stated - too late to do anything. For the years I've been doing this I always give a strong recommendation that all involved test the chatroom to be sure they have no software conflict. With a new 'puter you should really have gone in the day before or at least a few hours in advance. The transcript went up about 20 minutes prior to your above post. Steve

Re: Sugar Swap details
Yeah. I did not think about it until it was time. I have been on before without any problems so I did not think it would be a big deal.

I tried again today from my office computer and still could not get it to work.

Re: Sugar Swap details
It sis not look like you guys tasted both my Old Ales. It is interesting to compare the one with Brian's moist brown sugar and the one with my invert amber sugar. Big difference.

Re: Sugar Swap details
Hey Scott,

I tasted it during the chat. Great body and it reminded me of an english barley wine. The amber sugar flavor really lingered in the finish and it was delicious. I was having problems with a slow connection so I was not able to post much during the chat. I do remember letting the others know that you had sent another old ale. Unfortunately, it was almost impossible to keep up with the dialog thanks to slow ass roadrunner.
