Welcome to the homeBBBrew board!
Like the BBB, the homeBBBrew board is not a club, just a place to talk about making beer. Is there a swap you would like to see happen? If we can find a few others who have something similar then lets do it!

Brett + lagered beer?
Have a couple gallons from our big brew last weekend. It was a blonde ale recipe, but I threw my portion on a helles yeast. Was thinking about hitting it with some funk at some point.

Wasn't sure what peoples thoughts were on lagered beers + brett

Re: Brett + lagered beer?
Brett + any beer = good beer.

Go for it!!!!!!!!

You'll just have to keep the beer stored at warmer temps to get the brett to be happy and active.

Exactly. I see no reason not to do it if you want.

Re: Brett + lagered beer?
Cable Car from Lost Abbey is 50% lager and 50& saison, so it certainly isn't a "bad" idea.
