Welcome to the homeBBBrew board!
Like the BBB, the homeBBBrew board is not a club, just a place to talk about making beer. Is there a swap you would like to see happen? If we can find a few others who have something similar then lets do it!

bottling issue
so i just bottled a big ass dubbel and half-way through i noticed that i could still turn some of the caps despite them being crimped on. i doubt this would be a good thing. anyone have this problem? is it worth worrying about? should i recap and hope for tighter fits?

im using the red baron type capper.

Re: bottling issue
Could you be using euro sized caps? I seem to remember someone having the same problem awhile ago.. you might want to search the archives.

Re: bottling issue
I think they will seal up. I've never noticed spinning on my bottle caps but a friend was telling me the same thing recently and he said they seal up fine!
