Welcome to the homeBBBrew board!
Like the BBB, the homeBBBrew board is not a club, just a place to talk about making beer. Is there a swap you would like to see happen? If we can find a few others who have something similar then lets do it!

Re: New to the site
Cold mashing is sick!!!! Actually really good coffee is made by cold water mashing, overnight or 24 hours and there is not an bit of bitterness and the flavor extraction is exquisite.

Oh, Ross myman. Going this OT is really unusual for me, but I have to say the early photos from the Wolfman are everything you suggested they'd be - can't friggin wait for that one. Back to beer talk next, I promise!!

Re: New to the site
Thanks for the clarification Steve, that is exactly how I thought it was. I've made cold brewed coffee the same way a couple of times and it always came out great. Apparently not as much as Cisco though ;)

Re: OT (Sorry Steve)
Hi PilsnerPeter,

This is such a weird coincindence. I was just reading a review by you on ratebeer of the Dock St. Abbey Single. You had it on tap in brooklyn? I'm the brewer at Dock St., and our stuff is not distributed in NYC. I was surprised to see that's where it was tasted! Can you confirm this? and if so... I wonder who smuggled our beer into NY???

Sorry for the non-homebrew related post here Steve but since I had him here I had to ask...
