Washington Post Article on Sour Homebrewing
A friend of mine has a piece about him in the Washington Post this morning: http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2010/04/27/AR2010042701126.html good stuff about his "Abbey" project (the hops and bees he is raising at a local Franciscan Monastery), and a couple nice shots of the two barrels we have souring in his basement.
