Can't edit. Sorry, the Wyeast lacto may be L. Brevis. Unsure about the White Labs.

....And to add insult to injury, I just went back and checked my old emails. The Wyeast Roeselare yeast contains L. Buchneri. NOT L. Brevis, and I had originally posted. I'm just full of disinformation today. Sorry. :(
