Like the BBB, the homeBBBrew board is not a club, just a place to talk about making beer. Is there a swap you would like to see happen? If we can find a few others who have something similar then lets do it!

Bottle conditioning or kegging? I prefer medium carbonation, but that is just my preference. I really enjoy carbonation in beers especially since it helps to keep the aroma pushing into my face. So for me, I would shoot for about 2.5-2.7 volumes.

I went medium high on mine. Bottle conditioned. If I had kegged I would have gone a little lower.

FWIW, it took 1st in the NHC first round last year. Didn't place in finals though. Going to enter it again this year and see how it does. I feel it's aged really nicely myself.

what region are you in :)

my first instinct was to go medium high until i looked it up on the bjcp website.

will probably go medium... something like .8oz dextrose per gallon.

Damn tank...

I was thinking of entering mine this year again. If I remember correctly we tied scores but mine didn't advance out of the mini best of show. :-(
