Welcome to the homeBBBrew board!
Like the BBB, the homeBBBrew board is not a club, just a place to talk about making beer. Is there a swap you would like to see happen? If we can find a few others who have something similar then lets do it!

will bugs eat lactose?
The subject line says it all. I've got a milk stout I'm kind of bored with and I'm wondering if bugs will feed on the lactose to change it up a little. I'm in no rush.

Thanks.

Re: will bugs eat lactose?
Lactobacillus will, it's how yogurt is made. Fantome dregs with their monster lacto should work well if you're ABV is high. I can't speak for any other bugs.
