Brettanomyces genome sequenced
Hi all,

Thought you'd like this brand new paper detailing the complete genome sequencing of a B. bruxellensis type strain. Super interesting stuff.

Can't say I understood all of it, but there were certainly a few things in there that struck me (the difference in byproducts Brett creates between beer and wine for example). Thanks!
