WLP 665 - Flemish Ale Blend
I have an export stout that for one reason or another, refuses to ferment, ( I think my thermometer may have been out of calibration and mash was too high),.
I decided to pitch a vial of this new blend into it for the hell of it and check back in on it a year from now, but somewhat predictably there is no action in the carboy after 3 days. Vexed I am.
Anyway, I know it's new so I doubt anyone's had a chance to sample anything fermented with this blend, but .... perhaps a thread to document individual experiences with it?
